Backflow Prevention Testing

Our technicians have advanced training in backflow testing and are MDC Compliant. Our testing equipment is verified annually for accuracy.

Water companies require that the backflow preventer on an irrigation system be tested on regular intervals. This is done to ensure that the device is working properly, thus stopping water from the irrigation system from backing up into your domestic water supply. Upon completion of the test a written report is sent to the local water company to notify them that the device has been tested. If the device fails the initial test, it will need to be cleaned/serviced and retested.
