System Inspections

Running Test Programs, we verify all your equipment is operating properly. We view your grounds for areas of stress or over watering and make controller runtime adjustments as needed. We also flush and clean clogged nozzles and adjust sprinkler arc settings. This service can be purchased separately or as part of a maintenance package.

The vast majority of irrigation systems operate in the early morning hours primarily because wind is low and evapotranspiration rates are better. Also, sprinkler head distribution and coverage are at their optimal performance level before there is heavy water usage in a home or commercial building. For this reason most owners never see their system operate, only noticing a problem after visible sod and plant damage has occurred. Having your system inspected minimizes these damages and their associated landscape replacement costs. We recommend this service to be performed at least once during the summer for residential systems and three times annually for commercial properties.
