Residential Systems

Residential installations take between 1 to 5 days depending on the scope of the project. All underground piping is installed with a Pipe Puller, also called a Vibratory Plow. This is a trenchless application where only a small seam is cut into your existing turf. Controllers are installed either in your garage, out building, outdoor mounted on your home's exterior wall or in your basement. Valve enclosures, fittings, and sprinkler head locations are excavated by hand with soil laid upon tarps to prevent damage to your exiting lawn or mulch bed. Once installed these components are then set to grade using straight edges to assure leveling to your existing turf. All aboveground piping is copper tubing (no plastic pipe is exposed above ground in any location). This assures that you won't have leaks from accidental intrusions or landscape equipment damages. All valve manifolds are built by hand, removing the plastic PVC main water supply line from inside your valve enclosure(s). This is done to prevent the possibility of leaks that may occur from heavy equipment settling the enclosure onto the pressured plastic pipe. All interior and exterior copper pipe/Backflow Preventer installation work is performed by a fully Licensed Master Plumber, a requirement by many local and state agencies. Request more info

Commercial & Athletic Field Systems

Commercial & athletic field installations contain the same details as outlined in the residential section. The primary difference is the use of larger irrigation equipment, Backflow Preventers & pumping components. Designing on this scale, we take into consideration advanced hydraulic and low voltage wiring needs. Open trenching and the use of special trenching and compaction equipment is standard on pipe sizes over 2". Controllers and valve wiring on larger projects utilize a two wire system which is specific to commercial projects. Special attention is also given to grounding of outdoor controllers.
